We launched in January 2008, right at the heart of a financial crisis, armed with passion, a few listings, and plenty of grit. Times were tough — the market was in freefall, and we learned quickly what resilience really meant. From heated arguments over beans on toast to riding scooters instead of company cars, we weathered the storm with humor, humility, and a whole lot of heart.

Thanks to the incredible support from our local community and the strength of our team, we grew steadily. By 2012, we were leading the market “between the commons,” and we’ve continued to expand ever since — acquiring competitors, growing our Lettings and Land & New Homes divisions, and opening new offices.
